Blink Chargers are available at HOU. Customers will need a Blink InCard or smartphone to use them. Blink InCards can be obtained at blinknetwork.com. Customers using smartphones can scan a QR code from the touchscreen to receive a Blink Guest Code. Charging sessions are free.
