Join our team

Houston Airports is seeking Volunteer Ambassadors who are friendly, outgoing and passionate about connecting with people. Our team is looking to add customer-focused, reliable and efficient problem-solvers to provide general airport details at information booths throughout our terminals.

What applicants need:

A friendly, outgoing personality
Ability to approach and communicate with people from different backgrounds
Willingness to learn about airport and tourist and cultural offerings throughout Houston
Computer skills with ability to navigate the internet
Must be at least 18 years old
A background check is required for approval to work within secured areas of our airports
Volunteers are asked to work only four hours a week
Some walking inside airport terminals may be required]
